Job: HR Specialist

Our client is a chilled, fresh, natural food manufacturer with a £250 million turnover. They make and sell fresh food and drinks in several categories – fresh soup, fresh drinks, fresh fruit, chilled ready meals, chilled and frozen desserts, meat free and sandwiches. Their brands include Linda McCartney, Daily Bread, New Covent Garden Soup, Johnson Juices and Farmhouse Fare.

Hours of Work: 24 Hours per week over 3 consecutive days.

Person Specification:
• Full CIPD Member
• Previous HR exposure at a management level
• Previous experience of design and delivery of training programmes
• Ability to influence and persuade challenging internal customer client base and external contacts.
• Previous experience of building good internal customer relationships
• Good IT skills especially in Microsoft Office
